Health food stores such as Sprouts or Whole Paycheck, uh, I mean Whole Foods sell dried lavender in the herbal bulk bin section.

The lavender I grow in my garden is not for consumption, so is a lot other lavender around. Where can I find the ones that’s suitable for consumption?

Once the lavender lemonade is prepared and refrigerated, how long does it stay good for? I’m sure it won’t last two long with 3 boys in the house but want to make sure we don’t let it sit for too long. Thanks!

You could omit the honey and just sweeten with stevia

I’m highly allergic to honey. Can I sub sugar for honey and how much should I use in comparison to the amount of honey?

I prefer Swerve in all my baking and sugar substitute. No artificial aftertaste.

I prefer using “Swerve” as a sugar substitute. It taste so much better than Stevia. I bake alot and am a diabetic so I did a lot of taste testing and found this to be a winner.

Lovely. Very lavender forward. I made it with monk fruit sugar since I can’t have sugar, and despite the bitter profile from that, the flavors were awesome. You folks also have a version of this with lime juice, which I’ll try next. To cut the bitterness, I poured a glass 1/2 full with this potion, added almost another 1/2 of seltzer and topped it off with some Hendrick’s gin. That will definitely sustain me this summah!!! Oh, and the color is fantastic. Thankfully, I had the culinary lavender buds at the ready.
